Plot

O’ Connor is trying to figure out opportunities to redeem himself, he goes undercover to filter out a group of car and speed enthusiasts. His fellow agent is Monica Celemente played by Eva Mendes who together are fighting hard to bring down the massive drug trafficking operation that is being run by Carter Verone.
